  • 1 pound salmon (cut into chunks)
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1/3 cup gluten free breadcrumbs (plain, not Italian! )

  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • 1/4 cup Mike's hot honey

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

Method by eatwithclarity.com. Cook it from their page if you can, so the people who developed and tested it get the visit.

  1. First, cut your salmon into roughly one inch cubes.
  2. I like to remove the skin, but you can keep it on if you prefer. To easily remove it, just pour boiling water on top of the skin and let it rest for about 30 seconds, then peel it off.
  3. Add the salmon to a mixing bowl and toss with the oil.
  4. In a small dish, combine the breadcrumbs, garlic, paprika, salt and pepper.
  5. Add the breadcrumb mixture to the salmon and toss to combine.
  6. Add to your lightly greased air fryer in one single layer (you may need to do two batches depending on your air fryer).
  7. Air fry at 380 Fahrenheit for 8-10 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  8. Meanwhile, whisk together all ingredients for the honey sauce until smooth.
  9. When the salmon is done, let cool for 5 minutes, then toss in the sauce, using as much or as little as you like.
  10. Serve as is or with rice and veggies. I love arugula here!
