  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries (sliced)
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 6 ounces fresh blackberries
  • 6 ounces fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup red grapes (sliced in half)
  • 1 cup green grapes (sliced in half)
  • 2 cups pineapple (peeled and diced)
  • 1 ½ cups mango (peeled and diced)
  • 1 cup kiwi (peeled and sliced)

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, lemon juice and maple syrup. Set aside.
  2. Slice, dice, or prep all of the fruit if you haven’t already, and place it in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Gently stir the fruit to combine.
  4. Finally, pour the dressing over the top and stir again until the fruit is evenly coated. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
