Ingredients

  • 14 oz Sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 ½ cups White chocolate chips
  • ¾ cup Brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Ginger
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp Nutmeg
  • ¼ cup Molasses
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp Ground cloves
  • Christmas sprinkles

  1. Line an 8×8 baking pan with aluminum foil, wax paper, or parchment paper and then butter the bottom and sides.
  2. Heat the sweetened condensed milk in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir constantly until it’s heated through, but do not boil.
  3. Add the white chocolate chips to the condensed milk and continue to stir until the chips are completely melted.
  4. Add the brown sugar, spices, molasses, and vanilla extract. Continue heating until the sugar dissolves and the spices are well incorporated (about 10 minutes).
  5. Pour fudge mixture into your square baking dish.
  6. Spread the sprinkles evenly across the top of the gingerbread fudge.
  7. Place the fudge in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until completely set, then cut into 16 small squares. Serve and enjoy!
