Ingredients
- 14 oz Sweetened condensed milk
- 3 ½ cups White chocolate chips
- ¾ cup Brown sugar
- 1 tsp Ginger
- ½ tsp Cinnamon
- ¼ tsp Nutmeg
- ¼ cup Molasses
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp Ground cloves
- Christmas sprinkles

- Line an 8×8 baking pan with aluminum foil, wax paper, or parchment paper and then butter the bottom and sides.
- Heat the sweetened condensed milk in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir constantly until it’s heated through, but do not boil.
- Add the white chocolate chips to the condensed milk and continue to stir until the chips are completely melted.
- Add the brown sugar, spices, molasses, and vanilla extract. Continue heating until the sugar dissolves and the spices are well incorporated (about 10 minutes).
- Pour fudge mixture into your square baking dish.
- Spread the sprinkles evenly across the top of the gingerbread fudge.
- Place the fudge in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until completely set, then cut into 16 small squares. Serve and enjoy!
