Ingredients
- 4 small peaches
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 3 tbsp coconut sugar, (divided)
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
- Pinch of salt
- Coconut whipped cream
- Sprinkle of cinnamon

- Slice the peaches and place them in a bowl. Add the cornstarch, vanilla, and coconut sugar, then gently toss until the peaches are evenly coated.
- In a separate bowl, combine the oats, almond flour, maple syrup, melted butter, coconut sugar, and a pinch of salt. Mix until a crumbly topping forms.
- Transfer the peaches to an oven-safe ramekin or small baking dish, then evenly sprinkle the crumble mixture over the top.
- Air fry at 325°F for 8-10 minutes, checking around the 8-minute mark to make sure the topping doesn't brown too quickly. The peaches should be tender and the crumble lightly golden.
- Let the peach crisp cool for about 5 minutes before serving. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon, if desired.
